Hey this is a great place to get a car I came in and got what I wanted less than a week later they work fast and very respectful, most of all they have a worker name Darrel summers I came in and he was the first one to talk and helped me right away very respectful and a good person all around he made this deal possible my thanks goes to him and wish him nothing but the best thank you all, and if anyone need a car they are the ones to get it done

I had another lot set set up an appointment to drive the same model vehicle I bought from Travers. They let me come to their site and even sent MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE texts and emails. Yet didn't have the car and couldn't have it for several days. TRAVERS on the other hand had the same but newer model, with less miles, and about the same price. They also streamlined the process and had me out the door FAST! GOOD JOB TRAVERS! I have bought a couple vehicles from them and would recommend checking out their inventory if your in the market.

This was my second car buying expirience with GMT both times went way better than expected because car buying expiriences can be a headache. This time around I worked with Joe Dimercurio who went above and beyond to make sure I ended up in the perfect vehicle for me. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Great experience with robin and she has a Refferel program so help yourself and someone else out Bryan the sales manager went found the deal I was looking forward and fought for it love was nice too my truck runs smooth and is everything I need out of vehicle right now

Purchased my RV for what I expected. That considering that they have to make money when they sell it. Everyone was friendly and professional. Lost a star because communication between both sites was sketchy at best. Had to make a second trip for my check and then became concerned that the staff at one location did not tell the staff at the other location that I was coming to pick up my check.

Great salesmen Jeremy and Derrel sold us a great truck. They got it done fast and treated us like family the whole time. Thanks for the awesome truck!!!

Had the car for 21 days and the engine blew up, they told me it was gonna be 2 months to replace, and its been almost two months and im told its gonna be another 2 months and refuse to let me get another vehicle due to my age and because the car isn't fixed yet when its their fault its not fixed

Tonya Ewings...The First Lady of Travers GMT Auto Sales started out great!!! Very attentive and she got me what I needed. But after I left the lot, all that just call me anytime if you have any questions or any problems and I'll handle it. That went right out the window. I called to tell her about an issue I was having with my radio. She said, oh I'll look into that for you, let me talk with my manager and I'll get back to you. Days..turned to weeks, then to months. She stopped responding to my messages and calls. She got them and was reading them but never even reached back out to me. Terrible customer service. Has to constantly go up there and talk to different people so my issue could get resolved. GMT is a great place..just make sure you choose another agent to help you besides her.

Horrible experience for my first time buying a car. I’ve had the car less than 6 months and it’s been in the shop 4 times already. They sold me a lemon and charged me DOUBLE for a vehicle that’s from 2011! Charged me over 10 grand for a vehicle that is only worth 5 grand. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone! Should be illegal for what they’re doing to people!

Purchased a vehicle & never got my title , I’ve been calling every morning leaving voice messages with no answer . Salesman no longer works for the company either , I also went inside and got no help to register my vehicle . Wish I read the yelp reviews this place is garbage
