Staff especially Thomas Chudy and Keith Taylor are amazing salesmen. They don’t pressure you and they exhaust every means to get you to walk out with the Vehicle that you wanted!!
We came to Travers because we bought 2 campers there and now we were in need of a newer pickup. Shawn was our salesman and he hooked us up with a beautiful Ford F-150. Soon as we laid eyes on it we new it was ours!! We not only had the best salesman ever but him and I clicked, as we had so much in common! U know how it feels when u meet someone for the 1st time and u just feel like you've known them forever...that's Shawn our friend for life!! If your looking for a Vehicle find Shawn he'll do u right and work hard to make it happen. Paul and Barbe Carel!!! We love u Shawn!!!
Five Star SERVICE‼️Make sure you ask for Juan Luna..
I looked up the definition of rockstar and it said SHAWN. Shawn was a rockstar he was awesome. I needed a car and he delivered. Quicker than JIMMY JOHNS. He deserves a raise and a praise. 5 stars to shawn
Everything started out great. And then it became difficult to get a phone call answered and the cracked windshield repair they promised on the car I just purchased. I don't even know if this site is even still open. That's how ghosted I feel.
If you are thinking about buying a vehicle here, read this first. When I arrived, no one greeted me on the lot. I walked into an empty building and had to announce myself before anyone noticed I was there, then multiple employees came out of the back office. Eventually, I was helped by Alex, who was polite and helpful, and even gave me a fair trade-in value. He was the one person who tried to help me during this time. I showed him the vehicle I wanted — the same one listed on their website — only to find out it wasn’t actually on-site but “at a repair facility.” Wanting to get into a new vehicle quickly, I decided to move forward anyway. During the process, they repeatedly tried to steer me toward other vehicles that didn’t fit my needs. When it came time to sign paperwork, I noticed they’d added GAP coverage and multiple aftermarket warranties I hadn’t agreed to, and the price was higher than originally discussed. I should have walked away, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. We corrected the price, I signed, and they provided a loaner vehicle while mine supposedly underwent “basic maintenance and inspection.” Two weeks passed with no contact from the dealership. I had to call multiple times per day for another two weeks before anyone responded. When I finally picked up my truck, I was told the title would arrive in 30 days. It took months. I never received the title on time, and my calls were ignored again. After several in-person visits and being told to “re-sign paperwork” because of supposed “errors,” I went through this same process four times. Eventually, I contacted the main location and learned the manager at this branch hadn’t been submitting the paperwork at all. After threatening to get my lawyer and the state involved (since repeatedly reissuing temp tags is illegal), I finally got my title — immediately. A few months later, the truck suffered a major engine failure. My shop discovered that the dealer’s repair facility had previously tried (and failed) to fix a timing issue, which they never disclosed to me. That botched repair caused the failure. I ended up spending thousands of dollars to fix it, plus additional repairs for other hidden issues they never mentioned. I’ve bought many vehicles from different dealerships, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The management here clearly does not care about customers — and based on reviews from former employees, it seems they don’t care about their own staff either. Before posting another copy-and-paste response to this review, you can contact me directly to discuss compensating me for the thousands of dollars I’m out because of your shady business practices.
Drove half an hour, after reaching out about a vehicle I was told was still available. Just to get there and be told it’s been 99% sold and has been test driven since Saturday.
Only leaving one star because 0 is not an option. I bought a $31,000 vehicle from here and has been 6 months or so and I have already spend over $10,000 dollars fixing the vehicle!!!! Dont say i didnt buy your warranty either because i bought one through my bank for cheaper with the vehicle loan and thats not even included in the cost of repairs!!!! Don't say not buy from here!!!! I knew people on the inside that no longer work here for moral reason!!! Run!!!! And I will be looking for ways to go about making this right!!!!
Dishonest. Bait and switch. Avoid! Responded to email solicitation for Travers to by my vehicle. Received confirmation in writing (text message from sales rep who I spoke to on the phone also) of a range for value of the vehicle pending their inspection. It unfortunately lost a $10 relay in their parking lot during inspection causing a temporary starting issue but that was promptly addressed and the vehicle subsequently ran great. They made a final-offer $1800 below the low end of the range *committed in writing* (text message) but couldn't tell me anything wrong with the vehicle and would not honor their commitment. This was a 1.5 hour drive each way. Don't waste your time and effort on a dealership that practices dishonest sales like this.
Got my son into a car he can't afford & still no title over a year later!!!!!
Both finance guys are scammers and work together to confuse the buyer. Charged the buyer for premium plus extended warranty and only provided standard Warranty and pocketing the difference. Be sure to take the vehicle you are looking at to the dealership to have it inspected. Travers certified inspection process they speak so highly about is not trust worthy. For example 2mm on the break pads was identified after taking it to the dealer for the first oil change that took place at 2k miles after taking it home. Make sure you review documents very closely, don’t just let them rush you through the process. Or your best bet is to take your business elsewhere.
They had good Service when buying the car but Juan put in wrong informaron and we took the car back and he was very rude and i don’t recommend this place and these guys are rasist to hispanic people just because we are hispanic dose not mean they have to be rude to us but they act differerent to other people and this is not Fair
My girlfriend and I came to Travers because, after a lot of research, she had found the car she wanted. Aside from the issues we found with the car that they gave her so much trouble about fixing, what bothered me the most about the whole experience was the obviously intentional greasy hand stains they left in the interior of the vehicle. I can be certain when I say intentional because they were in spots that didn’t need to be touched for the repairs, (tires and a coolant leak underneath the car). I can only assume that they were either upset about having to do the repairs, obvious stuff like the rear heater core leaking anti freeze and the front end vibrating, or they just didn’t care or know any better. Either way, if there was a negative 5 stars rating here I would be giving it.
We heard such good things about this dealership but we ended up wasting days for absolutely no gain here. We went in first and were lacking the correct paperwork, so we made an appointment to come back. Our appointment was at 2:30 and the person we made that appointment with didn’t show up to the dealership until 6:00. We met with another salesman during that time and left with the thought that he was going to work on getting up approved for what we could. He gave us one (1) option of a vehicle and assured me he had tried over 20 other vehicles but that was the only one. (Even though there were cheaper ones that I liked). I told him we weren’t super interested in that one and asked if he could continue looking and reach out to us when there was another option. He said he would not continue to stress his finance team for me to tell him I am not interested. Definitely go here if you want to waste your time!!
