I had a great experience, I come out with the car I wanted. They will get you in and out. No complaints.

It's been over a year since I've had my car. And it's been great. My car drives nicely and functioning at amazing levels. In the process of buying my car the crew there were great. They pretty much got me in and out.

So we've bought two vehicles from Traverse GMT both experiences were excellent for somebody with not perfect credit the first time around they got me in and a good car that I was happy with when we've come back for the second one I got to pick out whatever I wanted my husband got me a Cadillac great car it needed a little bit of Maintenance and Travers took care of it with flying colors I even had a check engine light come on about 30 days after we bought it it was the thermostat they took care of it ordered it no problem if I can give more than five stars I would we will definitely be coming back for more vehicles thanks for being so great you guys

10/10 experience! Tim is the best in the biz, this is the second car I’ve bought from him and he made everything so easy. I was in and out in under an hour and he found the perfect car for me! Adonys and Darell were also great and so helpful!

What a great 👍🏾 team all came together to get me in what I really wanted. From the sales associate (Nate) and the finance team, they worked with me and had me off in what i wanted, first time i went the process of buying a car and it went so smoothly!!

I had a terrible experience get work repaired on a vehicle I purchased back in August 2025 and it took about 2 months to get it completed I still have a missing floor matt I had to do all the leg work myself I had to take off 3 times to drive to O'fallon MO to get 3 different repairs done and I had to take the car to get inspected all this work should have been completed before I took the car home. I believe the plan was to do as little as possible like dodge phone calls. The sales manager Brian Taylor goes in an office doors closed and pops out with the vehicle financed without the buyer being present and the sales consultant is trained to lie and do the same thing just a terrible group of guys no customer satisfaction.

Very bad service. I bought a car from them and the car broke down in a couple of months. I took it to the shop with the warranty and they took a long time with the car without giving me an option. I had to spend a lot of money on Uber to go to my job, so if you don't want to have problems, look elsewhere. You will only spend money and time with Travers.

Derrel Summers was fantastic literally made my day that was going horrible amazing in the end I absolutely love my vehicle , he really worked with me to make sure everything was everything I couldn’t thank him enough highly recommend him , his character itself is to die for just go see for yourself !!!! Derrel Summers was fantastic. Showed us 3 total vehicles. The first 2 my daughter didn’t like but he showed us a 3rd vehicle she instantly fell in love with and it was newer. He also worked a deal since I was paying cash and got it within my budget. Great service and fast. Thanks again and I’ll definitely be sending friends and family your way.
